These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player," "User," or "you") and wowpk ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). During the registration process, you will be required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique username, a secure password, and your date of birth. wowpk verifies mobile numbers via one-time PIN (OTP) sent to the number provided. Registration is considered complete only upon successful OTP verification.
Single Account Policy. Each user is permitted to maintain only one active wowpk account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are detected, wowpk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and cancel all pending transactions without prior notice.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your wowpk login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. wowpk will never ask for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your wowpk account will be attributed to you, regardless of whether it was authorised.
Suspicious Activity. You must notify wowpk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. wowpk's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While wowpk implements security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication, we cannot guarantee the complete security of your account against all possible threats. You are advised to enable two-factor authentication via your registered Pakistani mobile number.
Account Closure. You may request closure of your wowpk account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure, provided it meets applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds and KYC requirements, will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts under investigation for potential Terms breaches may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.
Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. wowpk reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to applicable laws. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
Accepted Payment Methods. wowpk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Retail Cash through authorised agents. Currency. wowpk's platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR-denominated transactions.
Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit: Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawal Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day if submitted before 17:00 PKT. wowpk does not guarantee specific processing times, as delays may occur due to third-party payment infrastructure, national banking system maintenance, or compliance review requirements.
KYC Verification. Withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC) where account activity, withdrawal amounts, or internal risk assessment triggers a review. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to submit requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in withdrawal suspension and account review.
Declined Transactions. wowpk reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is flagged by its payment processors, anti-money laundering systems, or fraud detection tools. Where a transaction is declined, the amount will be returned to the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
General Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional benefits offered by wowpk are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your wowpk account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), specifies the total amount of real-money bets that must be placed using the bonus and/or deposit before a withdrawal is permitted. Bonus amounts that do not satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period are forfeited automatically.
Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino and table games contribute between 10% and 25%, sports betting may contribute between 30% and 80%, and some games may be entirely excluded from wagering. Bonus Abuse. wowpk actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-margin games to fulfil wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinating with other players to satisfy wagering requirements through reciprocal play, and manipulating bet sizes to qualify for bonus terms without genuine risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, wowpk reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and close the account permanently.

Random Number Generation (RNG). All digital casino games on wowpk use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random and unpredictable, and are not influenced by previous results, wager sizes, account balance, or any other player or platform variable.
Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical RTP percentage for each game is either available within the game's help section or can be provided upon request to wowpk's customer support team. RTP figures represent the long-term statistical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

If a round cannot be completed, the original stake will be refunded to your account balance. wowpk is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or operating environment.
Game Errors. Where a game malfunction, software error, or pricing error results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, wowpk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the involved players' accounts. "Pays to play" — an apparent win in a manifestly incorrect configuration — does not create a binding entitlement to the stated payout.
Acceptance of Bets. All sports bets on wowpk — including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, tennis, basketball, UFC, and virtual sports — are accepted subject to the sports betting rules in force at the time of bet placement. A bet is only confirmed when wowpk displays an explicit confirmation message and the stake is deducted from your account balance.
Odds. All odds offered on wowpk are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are binding. wowpk reserves the right to suspend markets, withdraw odds, or void bets where events are flagged for suspicious activity, match integrity concerns, or pricing errors.
Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment or postponement beyond 48 hours, incorrect market configuration, obvious pricing errors, or integrity concerns raised by governing sports bodies. Voided bets are returned to the player's wowpk account at the original stake.
In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement and market suspension. wowpk accepts in-play bets at the displayed odds at the exact moment of confirmation. Bets placed during a brief market suspension will not be accepted. It is the player's responsibility to ensure bets have been confirmed before navigating away from the bet confirmation page.
Maximum Winnings. wowpk applies maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per account tier. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. Multiple accounts held to circumvent individual payout limits will be treated as a violation of the single account policy.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wowpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral of relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Self-Exclusion. Players who require a longer break may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the chosen period. Attempts to re-register using different credentials during a self-exclusion period constitute a breach of these Terms. wowpk employs identity matching technology to detect and block re-registration attempts by self-excluded players.
Reality Checks. wowpk may display periodic messages showing the duration of your current gaming session and your net wins or losses within that session. These reality check prompts are designed to help you maintain awareness of your gaming activity.
All content on the wowpk platform — including but not limited to the wowpk name, logos, visual design, software, game assets, promotional materials, text, graphics, data compilations, and the structure and selection of content — is the exclusive intellectual property of wowpk or its licensed suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wowpk platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract any content from the wowpk platform without prior written authorisation.
The wowpk name and logo are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use of wowpk trademarks, including use in connection with other products or services, is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement actionable under applicable law.
wowpk collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering for wowpk, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data principles followed by wowpk include: collection of only the minimum data necessary for platform operation and legal compliance; storage of personal data with appropriate technical and organisational security measures; non-disclosure of personal data to third parties except as required by law, regulation, or our licensed payment processor arrangements; and provision of rights to access, correct, and delete personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wowpk, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the wowpk platform, including losses arising from: gambling losses; loss of funds; network outages; unauthorised account access; game malfunctions; third-party payment processing failures; or reliance on information provided on the platform.
Platform Availability. wowpk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. wowpk will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes wowpk's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
wowpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, where they affect player rights, bonus policies, withdrawal procedures, or prohibited conduct definitions — wowpk will provide notice via one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the wowpk platform upon your next login; an SMS or notification to your registered Pakistani mobile number; or a notice displayed within the wowpk platform lobby.
Continued use of the wowpk platform following the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
The date at the top of this document indicates when the current version of the Terms and Conditions came into effect. Prior versions may be requested from wowpk's customer support team for reference purposes.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wowpk's operating entity is incorporated, as specified in the platform's licensing information. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
Player Dispute Process. If you have a dispute with wowpk regarding a game result, promotion, withdrawal, or any other platform matter, the first step is to contact wowpk's customer support team with full details of the issue, including relevant transaction IDs, game round IDs, dates and times, and screenshots where applicable. wowpk commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 2 business days and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
Regulatory Complaints. Where a player remains dissatisfied with wowpk's resolution of a dispute, the matter may be escalated to the applicable regulatory body under which wowpk is licensed.
